We value our Sears Home Maintenance contract for the many appliances it covers. Sears always responds in a reasonable time frame for service. Having old appliances, I suppose, it is reasonable that parts are hard to find or not available. It is what it is. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional whenever we call them.
