I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH SEARS. They made appointments and didn't show up. They said they ordered parts when they. I took pictures of the serial number and the my washing machine and when Bernard got here, they had not ordered the parts. Bade me wait. Another 2 weeks to get them. I don't think that Sears is very reliable. But Bernard was great. He ordered the parts when he was here. It hadn't been for him. I would have never gotten the machine fixed. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He is a great reliable technician. I like him. I would like him to fix my machine every time I need somebody to do it. But as far as Sears is concerned, I am really disappointed in them plus they don't have a real person. You can talk to. You can't talk to a real person that is. Terrible 4. The service center. They're providing you have to text or talk to somebody texting them. I like the technician bernard, but I don't like sears home repair, that is a goofy service, not talking to her real person.

The service provided by the repair technician, Julio, was great. However the scheduling service provided by Sears is not! They moved out my scheduled appointment 3 times, making me wait an additional 2 weeks to get my refrigerator repaired. All 3 times they canceled my planned appointment on the day of and moved it out days and then over a week each time, very frustrating as I'd planned each of those days to be home for the technician's arrival. There is no person to talk to, only AI chatbots, which is also EXTREMELY annoying! I lost food and now time as I have to completely clean my moldy fridge from top to bottom before I can use it again. Service technician, great! Sears as a service provider, horrible so averages out to 3 stars

Isaiah was great, but I HATED dealing with Sears on this. There was NO WAY to contact a living human. This was such a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, that I am looking locally to find a new water softener.

Seemed reluctant to answer my questions. First said it needed new $700 control panel but it started working again after I asked him to check for loose wires. Saw him push one in, power came back on. So no new expensive part needed. Some other reluctant answers didn't make sense: said hot water comes to dishwasher through the faucet, I think it's the hot water hose from the faucet that's sourced from the water heater; he didn't understand how my dishes "airdry" b/c I don't use the heater function. That's an option in the user guide. Glad no expensive part but feel I could have been scammed if I wasn't careful.

Technician did not follow up with us after not finding the problem, he even closed my insurance claim. Oven not repaired, had to open up another call and I want a different serviceman this time
