Fidel is an excellent repairman! He was courteous, efficient with the use of his tools, rapidly disassembled appropriate part of refrigerator, diagnosed problem, repaired it and reassembled the fridge. Everything works great now!

Chris, our technician was very thorough and friendly. He quickly found the problem and ordered the part. Scheduled the appt for today. However, the call was dropped off his schedule. He reached out to me to ask if I canceled or rescheduled. Not at all. He made it a point to call the company to make sure to put me back on his schedule. Thats what I call great customer service. I have a service contract that is $50 deductible. Thank you.
