Isaiah was great, but I HATED dealing with Sears on this. There was NO WAY to contact a living human. This was such a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, that I am looking locally to find a new water softener.

Technician did not follow up with us after not finding the problem, he even closed my insurance claim. Oven not repaired, had to open up another call and I want a different serviceman this time

Paid $100 Dollars for the tech to visit and turn the water to the fridge off . Wouldn't consider repairing the fridge.

I am extremely disappointed with Sears Home Services. I scheduled a dishwasher repair and waited all day for the technician, but they never showed up. The next day, I received a message rescheduling my appointment, which I accepted. On the new date, the time window was 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, so I waited until 1:00 PM before leaving for work. Then, the technician called at around 1:45 PM saying he was on his way, far too late, as I had already left. We rescheduled again, and the next day, I got a message that the technician was "on the way," but no one arrived. Shortly after, I received a cancellation notice with no explanation. This is completely unacceptable. Three missed appointments, wasted time, and zero accountability. If you value reliability and respect for your time, avoid Sears Home Services.

Extremely disappointed in this service setting up the appointment. Three failed attempts. When Fidel finally arrived his service was knowledgeable and professional. Sears protection agreement is a scam no human supervisor support

Worst company ever. They kept rescheduling our appointment 6 times, never showed up on appointment date or time. We always had to go through our Home warranty company to get them to show up for fixing our dryer. Took 1 month to get our appliance fixed which should have been a 2-3 day thing (including replacing parts) in total based on their proposed timelime if they hadn't auto rescheduled so many times. Worst part is there is no human customer support team. So you are always stuck with automatic reply machine or AI assistant who doesn't understand your custom situation or problem. Would not recommend working with them.

Thanks to Bernard. This was the THIRD appointment after the first two were arbitrarily cancelled without any explanation. Bernard asked if i had the part that was allegedly shipped to me (thought the AI email I received stated they wanted to make sure the tech had the part with him which would be needed for the repair). I told him that I never received it. He still came to see if he could troubleshoot the issue anyway. Luckily, he had the part in his truck and was able to effect repair. Having waited for the repair for a month and 3 scheduled appts., I don't fault the tech, but I do object to being forced to talk to someone in a foreign country who in many cases are very difficult to understand becomes very frustrating and disappointing. As I have 4 appliances that I paid to cover for 3 years extended warranty twice for the last 6 years, I will be looking for other coverage options for the future. This is NOT the first time I've had issues with the scheduling by customer service and proper training of the service techs ( one who diagnosed the wrong problems with my refrigerator which caused 3 total service calls) and one for a water softener that the tech informed me by phone that he complained that his boss refused to have him trained to service this type item (Kenmore elite softener) and gave me the part # that I could purchase myself and install. I purchased the parts on Amazon and installed them in less than 30 minutes. Saved me over $150. I give Bernard, the service tech, FIVE STARS. Your customer service gets a big fat goose egg!

Fridge works worse than before repairs. Repairman left 5 hours ago. Temperature in fridge is 50 degrees although set for 40. It had been too cold (20 degrees). Now it doesn’t work at all. Drawer was replaced completely, and doesn’t work at all now. Complete waste of time and money. I need this repaired or REPLACED!!
