Although your technicians are excellent, Sears relies too heavily on AI for service activities. The initial AI diagnosis of 3-4-2025 was incomplete and caused a series of delays due to the wrong parts being ordered. This caused a simple microwave repair to take nearly two and a half months. My inquiries during this period lead AI to transfer me to an overseas human representative. The process was not fair to me or the overseas representative, as it did not lead to resolution of my warranty repair needs. This simple microwave repair took nearly two and a half months and involved three different technicians. This process included at least two separate last-minute repair cancellations by Sears. These cancellations were frustrating for me as I had rearranged my schedule to accommodate the technician's timeframe. Sears should re-evaluate its warranty service procedures and not sidestep responsibility by relying so much on AI.
