Muhammad did a fine job...he explained what may be the problem that produces the clicking noises from the back of the refrigerator...he replaced a fan and asked us too call Sears after 48 hours to report if the clicking has returned or stopped.

Ron was excellent. He figured out the problem with our air conditioner in 5 minutes and had the spare part in his truck. In 10 minutes he replaced it and was finished. Excellent job, excellent service, and a super nice guy!
