Keith was on the phone with another customer when he arrived and didn't introduce himself. He couldn't duplicate the problem we've been having for months and seemed in a hurry to leave. Problem not resolved.

When Ronald came here he took photos and told me he would send me the pictures along with his recommendations for repairs needed. He did neither. As it turned out, the part that was broken was not covered by the insurance, which is very disheartening.

Conrad was supposed to come to my house last week, but I got a call from (V) TRANSFORMH 916-937-1823 !! I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK, & HE SAID TO GIVE HIM MY ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBER. (I thought if he worked for SEARS, he would already know my home # and my address!!) So he didn't tell me he wasn't going to s how up. So I was stood up X2!! I spent the next 3 hours, trying to call SEARS, trying to get a REAL person!!! When Conrad did show up for my 4th appointment, he did a very FINE JOB fixing my washing machine!!
