Justice
He was fine. Except would not take the door away. Claudio is going to come and get it. Sears service stinks, tho. Phone service, is improperly names. Takes a genius to get to a live person. I did it after 5 tries. but, they could not do anything either. Supervisors are too stuck up, to talk to customers.

My seven year old LG oven decided to quit two parts needed to be replaced and the total came up to over $670 dollars. I found that the labor cost were quite high when the parts were not that much. I'm considering a different range or repairing this stove on my own Mohammed communicated via email and telephone nicely. His strong Indian accent was sometimes difficult to understand but we got through it. He was very respectful and kind. Thank you Mohammed for a great job. It was nice meeting him.

Claudio finally determined the issue with the icemaker not working after it was just replaced a few days ago. He showed me the wires that were not working AND made sure I saw that water was going into the icemaker BEFORE he left. He gave me tips on how to prevent the wires from breaking any further which would mean replacing the entire refrigerator since the doors would have to be replaced.

Service was ok, but disappointed that he didn't clean up the soiled floor before he left. He also left the heavy used motor for us to dispose of. I would have liked to have the belt replaced, as it was 2+ years old. He said it was fine and didn't replace.

He worked hard and appeared to do his best but should have had an experienced worker with him. After removing the cardboard back off the frig, he blew dust all over my kitchen, didn't know where the filter belonged or to empty some water after replacing filter. He pushed frig against the wall when done. Kept having to read his cell phone (to know what to do, I think). Will always wonder if the filter is in correctly. I want only experienced workers hereafter, please.
