My Experience
As far as the repair went, it was completed as described. Parts were replaced. I assume it will all work. The tech was polite and respected my home. I would have given 5 stars except for the following. The refrigerator was not level in other words it rocked a little. I asked if he would adjust the front feet. He did however the result is the right top side is into the wall, and the left side is away. In other words, it is leaning on the top and is not close to level. It was nowhere near this bad before he started. I guess I will have to get on the floor and adjust it myself. Too old for this stuff. So as always check the work before the tech leaves. So with one exception, I am thus far satisfied.

Lincoln, CAWasher repair
John the repairman was good but Sears as a company was awful. They scheduled 2 appointments and never scheduled a repairman, never told me that the appointments were canceled so I wasted time. Also they have our phone number wrong, told them repeatedly but they never corrected it. Awful service

Service was great. Price was ridiculously expensive for a 5 minute job.
Dominique K,
Colfax, CAHis services was good but a man of a few words.
I was not happy with the lack of communication from Sears. not being able to talk with live people sucks. your A I wasn't really helpful. and from what I figured today, it seems that I could have had these repairs done at least a week earlier if someone would have called me'

He was very courteous and did the work very fast.
Norma P,
Roseville, CAGood service but took too long.
My complaint is with Sears policy and not with John, who was great. I knew something was not right when John said the problem with our washer was the water pump. The control panel was having issues for a while until it finally stopped working but he said they are only authorized to fix one issue at a time. If that issue doesn't resolve the problem they go on to the next issue. So, proceeding this way, we had to wait a week for the first part to come in. Then when he came by and replaced the water pump, of course it didn't resolve the issue and we had to wait another week for the control panel to come in. We did not have the use of our washer for almost a month. I'm afraid that this weird method of fixing things only benefits Sears and does not benefit the customer and just makes them wait longer.
Holly P,
Grass Valley, CAFingers crossed
1st tech Mohammad was profession and pleasant and diagnosed after removing ice from fan that if in 48 hrs ice was not filling up and ice cream in freezer was not hard, to call Sears Warranty again. On 7/30/24 Robert arrived @ 8:30am, was professional and answered questions, he diagnosed that compressor was fine (because original had been replaced) and added coolant. Robert said within 48 hrs ice cream should be hard. And call in again if not. Fingers crossed.
Steven C,
Rocklin, CAScheduling problems
service was fine but he couldn't or wouldn't explain why he arrived in morning instead of afternoon appointment window that was confirmed both by email and text. His schedule was for incorrect time. unable to service all 5 appliances as requested and confirmed. unable to tell me if another tech coming to do other 3 appliances that he couldn't service. he saw all my emails and texts stating desired appointment times and 5 appliances and then showed me his schedule which did not match all my communications. was v frustrating. I only by chance was home when found out he was coming. had plans that last minute changed.

Loomis, CADishwasher Repair
Logan came out and looked at my dishwasher. He showed me the way to make sure that the water would quit leaking even though the dishwasher wasn't running. Parts were ordered and sent to my house, but there was a lot of miscommunication and confusion as far as getting him to come out a second time to install the new parts. When he finally did come out, he did a good job. He was pleasant the whole time, and I appreciate the fact that this is finally done.
Larry F,
Lincoln, CARepair did not fix the washer. Still doesn't spin and drain
Been trying to get this new washer fixed since the day it was installed. Since August trying to get a repair person. Numerous no show and rescheduled appointments. Not able to do laundry this entire time. Finally had one show up. Another part ordered, two more weeks. The guy showed up to do the repair. Thought it was fixed, starting, but never drained or spinning. That was a Friday late afternoon of course. Called and requested a appointment, yet ANOTHER appointment. No word on when this is??? I'm about fed up at this point. I'm sure you can understand why??
