Conrad was very knowledgeable and kind, worked on my refrigerator to improve some things done previously and checked to be sure the filter had been done correctly. He placed the refrigerator a bit further from the wall, as it should be. He checked many things while here.

Andy was great. The companies service was terrible. Had an appointment cancelled by your company and was not notified, I waited all day and no one showed up. Had a part ordered / delivered to my home that was broken, Andy was able to make it work. Took 6 weeks to get a microwave repaired!! Not acceptable!
