Conrad did an excellent job. On his way to my house he called a couple of times to let me know the status of his arrival. Was one of the best experience I have ever had with a service technician. Would absolutely hire again.

Justice was very kind, knowledgeable and prompt. He called to notify me of his arrival and did his best to repair the water dispenser switch. Unfortunately, the tropical storm knocked out our power and he unable to test it. When the power returned, the switch worked but only when we opened and shut the door. I called Justice and he said he thought he knew the problem, so asked me to work with the call center to open a new ticket so he could order parts and have them when the next appointment was set. He was sweet. But for as good as he was, the call center was the exact opposite - a horrific experience. After waiting 15 minutes, i got an agent who needed to confirm everything. I did, they asked a bunch of un related questions, then they said they had to send me to scheduling where i had to start the whole confirming thing of who i am again. When i told the lady i had a an incomplete repair, she talked over me and didn't seem to understand what was going on. I told her I had a service number and that the technician had requested i call to get it re opened or a new one set she talked over the top of me.l again, about service repairs. It felt like she stuck to a script and my real problem didn't matter. When i asked for a new appointment she said call back tomorrow. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she asked why and said they'd say the same thing. When i asked again and said it was a policy question, I was allegedly transferred but was instead disconnected. This was horrible and I feel sorry for Justin.
