Wonderful technician!
Madho took great care of our issues with our Kenmore frig. Then we had him do a deep cleaning on our washer & dryer. Couldn't ask for a more professional, proficient, polite and personable serviceman in our home. THANKS, MADHO!!

Andy knew what he was doing. Showed us the part that was missing 1/2 of itself. He even came back and fixed a clamp to the dryer hose along with a hole he found in the dryer hose. He also brought up this huge heavy package that we couldn't carry up our stairs. BONUS! He even gave our new puppy treats. Such a nice guy. Would reccomend A&E always!

John was friendly, knowledgeable, and arrived on time (THIS time). Explained what had to be repaired and why, however, I think the experience was EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE for such a small procedure, (& the length of time I had to wait for the appointment. My original appointment was for 3 days earlier, and the repairman didn't call me until AFTER the timeframe of the appt. AND I was unable to contact Sears customer (lack) of service as to the whereabouts of the tech.
