Still watching for leakage
He was on time and pleasant. But sears should have let us know they can no longer replace our type of water heater any more so not much could be done. He did all he could to see why it leaked but still a puzzle.

Ronald was very nice and completely thorough. He was able to find the problem and fixed it. I had previously taken a panel off to clean the filter grate and he put it back on for me. I would recommend him.

Defrosted water puddles on floor in front of Bosch Refrigerator — suspected clogged drain line the cause. Interior bottom area had sheet-ice that could be broken & removed. Service Tech located cause: defrosting drain channel had solid ice in it, causing runoff to flow over the side of the unit and refreeze. Technician used steam unit to melt all ice in channel and drain, thus freeing drain to work properly. TWO Thumbs Up for his quick resolution!

Logan was polite from the beginning. When he got here I showed him the washing machine and what it wasn't doing. Right away he tested different parts to get more specific. I walked away and he was done and explained the problem and the cost. He cleaned up the area before he left. I am going to let friends and family know that Logan working with Sears is the one to call if they need appliances repaired. I know that I will. Thanks Logan
