I know the name of the first technician who was John and he was beyond helpful. I didn't get the name of the second technician but he was the same technician that came to our house a while back to fix our refrigerator and he was as great this time as he was that time.

Russell came in and saw the parts the previous guy who came out had ordered and took the washer apart and listened to the sound and checked the cycles over and over. He said that's not it. Let me see if I have the part you need in my truck. Thank goodness he did. He had it fixed in no time. Glad he knew his stuff. Now getting a technician out here was another story. 2 no shows before him. Started this process on 9-19 and completed today 10-3. So glad Russell had the knowledge to fix my washer. Thank you Russell. Good job
