Justice arrived promptly at the appointed time and completed his analysis quickly and with a thorough explanation of what was wrong with our refrigerator and what he would do to fix it. He found a plugged drainage line and cleared it right away. He also provided advice on how to avoid such problems in the future. He showed professionalism, technical skill and a friendly demeanor during his visit. We would highly recommend Justice for excellent service performance.
