Great job. John kept me informed on when he would arrive and when he got here he had the parts needed to fix the dryer with him. It was all done in under an hour. Very pleased with the service.

Adam explained the entire process. Set fair expectations. Ensured the AC was blowing cool air before he left (upstairs and downstairs). Changed the air filter for us and even rolled out our garbage can for pickup. ADAM IS SENSATIONAL. Thanks Adam.

Claudio was patient to listen to my complaints about scheduling problems. Had confirmed appt for 1-5 pm by phone/ email and text. Another tech called this am on his way to my house @ 9. I originally was not even going to be home but other appointment's location changed to my house instead of elsewhere. Farhad was booked to do 2 appliances instead of five I had scheduled. He was unable to do other 3 appliances and unable to tell me if another tech was coming during 1-5 window to service remainder. Luckily Claudio came @ 2 to finish other 3 appliances and he was great to explain everything. He agreed that scheduled window should have been kept even if 2 techs came during same window to service all 5 appliances as requested with multiple confirmations. There should be a method for techs to reach service department to answer questions about scheduling. Farhad Q did a good job, just wasn't helpful to answer my scheduling questions.

Five stars! Claudio and his assistant José were great. They identified the problem was a faulty igniter coil and put a new one in. In previous appointments, the techs did not identify the problem correctly, but Claudio did. The oven now appears to be heating up without issue. I hope there will be no more problems with it.
