Claudio has been to our home a couple times to repair appliances. He is awesome!! The people that schedule the technicians are THE WORST!! It took THREE DAYS and twelve hours of waiting around for a technician to finally show up. The first two days after waiting four hours, we were informed they would not arrive. The third day he arrived at 5:00pm. The maintenance agreement says that I must pay a penalty fee if I miss my appointment. What penalty does Sears pay for missing two appointments? And then trying to get any answers over the phone is an absolute joke. Had I know the customer scheduling/support was this horrible, I would have never purchased the service.

Conrad did a nice job of diagnosing the problem. Sadly, Sears has no channel to replace and repair the problem, which was no fault of his.

really pleased with the work done on both machines. Manzoor ran into a problem with 2 parts and was able to get both machines fix in aresonable amount of time. extemely happy with the service. this man is a proffesional. the only complaint i have is the app. and contacting a person that can really help. besides that i recomend sears service and warranty progam.
