I shared my serial and model # via text and on site prior to appointment as asked along with a full description of problem. I took time off of work. The technician was not prepared with any parts and no idea why he was needed, meaning he did not review work order prior to coming. It took him 3 minutes to diagnose problem. Part was $37.50, cost for me was $400.00??? He stated part would take 3 to 4 days to come. So, that meant another day that I would have to take off of work! The 3 minute diagnoses cost me $119.00 and a half days pay! I got ripped off. I no longer trust Sears. I chose not to get repairs. Sears...you will reap what you sow. Ripping people off will come back to you. Overly disappointed.

I've been experiencing persistent issues with my washer for months now, and despite having four different technicians come out to address the problem, nothing has changed. The washer has been leaking continuously, and every time a technician visits, they simply replace the soap dispenser tray, which does not solve the issue. Most recently, a technician came out yet again to replace the same parts. During the replacement process, water leaked all over my floor, and to my disappointment, the technician did not clean it up properly. This lack of professionalism and repeated failure to fix the problem has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient. The service from Sears has been subpar, and their inability to diagnose and repair the issue effectively is unacceptable. I am very disappointed with both the product and the service, and I hope this review will prompt some much-needed changes in how they handle customer complaints and repairs. **Cons:** - Persistent leaking problem - Ineffective repair attempts - Unprofessional service from technicians

Where to start. Called for repair on a built in fridge. Received confirmation link for the appointment but the time was listed in the past. It still said tech was on the way. Could not contact anyone to help resolve the issue. Tech ended up not calling to reschedule, he just rescheduled to 5 days later than original appointment. Complete waste of time and they try to sell loads of nonsense add on products.

Was told by the technician microwave can’t be repaired and need to be replaced. I’ve been waiting over a month no replacement. Received a call to schedule another appointment from Accord Appliances when speaking to April from Accord she said it was not for replacement because there were no notes. I asked to speak to a manager /supervisor and she told me she didn’t have that info and hung up the phone called back and spoke to April again and was told they didn’t have a manger to speak to requested to speak to someone else she she couldn’t help me and was transferred to a voicemail. I left a voicemail and called back in another attempt to speak to someone who could assist me. I was told I could call back in an hour to speak to a manger and asked what was the mangers name and was given Chris and he would call me back in a hour so I will wait and see if he calls or will I have to call him. This is unacceptable customer service. To have to pay for a service and can’t get an issue resolved is very unprofessional. A simple speaking to the technician who came out to do the repair initially could have solved the problem a month ago.

I had a simple repair for my oven and I could not be home to do it so I called Sears. It has an implied reputation, to me, as a trustworthy business that has been around for many years. First, i needed the repair quickly and they assured me that they were able to come out the next day, so I confirmed the app

Have Master Plan and tech came out and gave me estimate and indicated cheaper to replace and parts no longer available for that dishwasher, so I declined estimate. However, he never honored the Sears Warranty if can’t fix must replace and now Sears Master Protection won’t replace dishwasher because tech did not indicate on notes. Tech name was Javier!
