Wow! dryer was not working this morning. Made an appointment on line, tech showed up today and parts replaced same day! Back to normal! Thank you Sears! Cannot put a price on piece of mind

Great service! We hired them to fix our laundry machine, Eric came out and was able to run diagnostics and pinpoint the issue within an hour. A few days later the part came in, got fixed up and now we can finally do laundry. Overall, great service and price!
