The technician did good job. It was very quick. My complaint is with your customer service. The inability to talk to a human being and one that you can understand. Scheduling is very poor. Missed appointment times….it goes on and on. I have used Sears maintenance for 37 years but I think it’s time to find someone new.

Glenn, our repair tech was extremely helpful, friendly, and understanding when an issues would arise he would explain them and work very hard to troubleshoot and get the parts needed to fix our Furnace for our heater.
