I want to thank sears warranty customer service for sending my parts for my washer overnight so that we would not be without a washer for 2 weeks. They then had the repairman come out the next day. Great customer service. Our repairman was great too. Had us up and running in no time.

Rick was fantastic. He assessed the problem, gave us the solution and price. He helped us order the parts and he proactively communicated via phone and text. He was professional and showed up and installed everything in about two hours. Only suggestion I would make is to make sure all your service professionals carry the parts on their trucks. This way as a customer I would not need to be without a refrigerator for a week. Your call center was also very helpful and this is a big reason we continue to buy Sears products and services...Thank You Dwayne and Debbie Gilliam
