Repairs were extensive and Carlos did well. Not happy with trash and used parts left for us to dispose of. Trash collection won’t take this. Also appliance was left with lots of finger prints. No clean up, as he had to take lunch.

The service technician was very helpful but the problem I experienced from the repair done that same morning occurred after the technician left. The reason for the repair was the refrigerator leaking water and the refrigerator started leaking agin no more than a 1/2 hour after he left. I called the service center 3 times and each time Was told that a technician would call me within an hour from the time of my call. I never got a call back and my refrigerator is still leaking…I have towels all over my kitchen floor. What happened today should never have happened. I am a very unhappy new warranty customer. The customer service I received today was completely unacceptable. The leaking water is a problem.

3 different servìce calls. 1st said it was one thing 2 said it wasc another thing ordered parts. Third found gas line blocked. Removed blockage reparired blockage. All now working

The technicians were professional and courteous. I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. However, Labor charges were extremely excessive!!! One technician came out for less than an hour to diagnose the problem and order the part. The part was delivered directly to me the next day. Another technician came the day after the part was delivered and he was here about 1/2 hour to install it, then went to lunch and came back basically to collect the balance of the payment. Altogether between the two technicians they spent less than 1 and a half hours on the repair work and I was charged $450 for only the labor. The part was an additional amount. I probably won’t call Sears back for any future repairs.

It took 3 services to find .my dryer problem , ended up being a reset button Worse after 2nd service supervisor told me it would be fixed with no extra charge than the $119.00 dianostic charge from the first service That was not true, they charged another $59.00 and all they did was push a button.....no parts. They can't keep there word ...be careful

Sears tech didn’t figure out anything Just ruined whole claim with the wrong information sent to insurance company, Actually first tech came from Lees Heat and Air he took a part and removed all wires attached to the pc board. Now Mr. Jason from Lees Heat and Air company told me received the part. We are requesting to choice company to replace work order send back to Lees Heat& Air

This technician is the absolute worst. This is the second he has been to my house. Has no idea what he is doing. Then has the audacity to try and yell at me and bow his chest at me to try and intimidate me. No one has touched any of the stuff they supposedly worked on and it’s one excuse after another. Do yourself a favor and don’t hire this joke of a company. This is exactly how they left my house

Arrived late (but called and gave me a heads up). Diagnosed problem and I approved the repair, but he didn't have the parts. Wanted to reschedule, which I was OK with - until he wanted me to pay for the repairs in advance. Then also wanted to charge the diagnostic fee.

Repair person was not friendly and he was very rude. He was not helpful in explaining what was going on with my refrigerator. Refrigerator was not repaired. He said call him when I can find the problem. I would like to have someone else. Carlos R., was not able to repair my refrigerator again. I'm very disappointed.
