The repair went great, The tech had to order parts and come back to install them. He made temporary repairs so we could use the machine. over all a very positive experience. Thank you.

Casey was very easy to work with. He explained everything he was doing. Even taught me how to use the Diagnostics on my washer. And did a really good job cleaning the dryer which wasn't too bad. I wish he was trained in refrigerators then my waiting for the work to be done on it could be done and I would be free for the rest of the day. I would recommend Casey to do any work. I would even pay for his work.

Good experience. I appreciate the tech systems of communications involved: Being texted and emailed accordingly. The technician arrived around the estimated provided time, was quite knowledgeable as well. Explained everything thoroughly. I also appreciate being upfront and clear about the $119 diagnostic charge for showing up. TO which my only recommendation is for the diagnostic report to be more fluent, and elaborative describing in a paragraph the diagnostic (since > $100). Other than that, I recommend the experience.

The service technician was just fine, have no complaints. Lots of complaints about your computerized message system every time I tried to get on your link about arrivals it would boot me out and say it's Dad and not available and tried four maybe five times to process a check for payment which never did work half hour later we finally just did it by telephone and charge card which was not the correct way to go you need a better system
