We had a dryer that stopped putting out heat. Thankfully, Paulus came out and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with a new heating element. Bonus points for doing it quiet enough to not wake our child in the other room!

Was VERY thorough. Worked very hard to fix my appliances in a timely manner. Had some problems which caused longer completion time. He just forgot(explain-ably, and NOT a problem for me) to re-attach the water hoses to the back of the washer upon leaving. I did that myself and unit worked just fine. No problem for me, and I hope not for him.

The repair went great, The tech had to order parts and come back to install them. He made temporary repairs so we could use the machine. over all a very positive experience. Thank you.

Casey was very easy to work with. He explained everything he was doing. Even taught me how to use the Diagnostics on my washer. And did a really good job cleaning the dryer which wasn't too bad. I wish he was trained in refrigerators then my waiting for the work to be done on it could be done and I would be free for the rest of the day. I would recommend Casey to do any work. I would even pay for his work.
