No problem with repair person, I do have great difficulty with scheduling dept. I have been texted 2 appts prior to today's . When trying to check, stated waiting for part. Part on my kitchen table for almost a month. Don't send me a text for appt,and leave me waiting 4-5 hours for appt without courtesy of a phone call canceling appt Get your act together. Everyone's time is important.

When I opened and closed my Dishwasher after it's first cycle after being fixed, it makes a continuous clicking when trying to open or close. Will change to a higher rating when they fix this. (edit: Changed star rating. Rectified the issue, but still not in within the time frame given.)

Get rid of the AI ! It has made me three appointments where we wait the 4 hour window and no one shows up or it reschedules the appointment AFTER we have waited through the 4 hour window.

Oven was diagnosed late December. A part showed up 3 days later, 4 service calls were scheduled 2 were canceled' 2 nobody showed up. I ended up paying out-of-pocket to have the oven repaired myself.

Best Buy gave them the wrong address (I haven’t lived there for over a decade). I waited 2-weeks for my oven to be repaired that is under Geek Squad warranty, cleared my day from work to be here at my home (where my oven was delivered and set up at time of purchase). When I spoke with the repair tech, he said that they do not service at my current address. I’ve now been in the phone with Best Buy’s customer service for over 30-minutes to “change my address” and set up a new service date. I now do not have muse of my oven for Thanksgiving. Yay. Don’t buy an appliance from Best Buy if you live outside of Redding, CA.

Tech did not show up at all the first time date and 3 hours late the second date. Would not recommend using Sears Home Services, we will never use them again.
