In 20+ years of being a landlord, this is the worst repair company I've ever used. It has been almost 3 months and they haven't fixed the washer/dryer unit. So many hours wasted waiting for a company that doesn't communicate, never comes, comes and then leaves, automated reschedules (just sent a text) after the time period is over, etc. It has been awful. Unless you know tricks to talk to a human you are stuck in endless automated cycles that accomplish nothing. When you do talk to a human they often send you to an endless automated system that accomplishes nothing. I will do anything to avoid using this company again. I'll watch youtube videos and do it myself before pointlessly waiting for months for nothing to happen.
