Quick responsive scheduling. Service was great. Rates are a little higher than expected, but service was good. Technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Labor and parts warranty for 180 days included in service.

My Sears Technician Travis was on time. He was very professional and friendly. I very much appreciated him explaining to me what the problem was. Replacing the part that went out with a new one that we had to order. He took his time to make sure my washing machines was running right before he took off.
