I recently had a maintenance service completed on one of my A/C units, and I can’t say enough good things about Michael, the technician who came out. He is a very knowledgeable young man who took the time to explain everything he was doing throughout the service. He also walked me through what to look out for in case I need to request service in the future, which I really appreciated. His professionalism and attention to detail truly set him apart. He is definitely an asset to Sears Home Services. That said, the overall customer service experience leaves a lot to be desired. The AI answering service is frustrating to deal with, and it’s difficult to get a live agent on the phone. I spent a significant amount of time just trying to reach someone to schedule the appointment. I am giving this review 5 stars solely because of Michael and the excellent service he provided. Without him, my rating would be much lower.
