First- he was timely; very professional. He explained in detail what the problem was and explained the process in detail moving forward for the repair. He apologized for the company sending me two of the same part which ended up being the wrong part which furthered the delay in getting the repair completed.

It was frustrating getting someone to show up initially. Our technician’s first visit was on the fourth appointment. However, once here he was outstanding! He was efficient and professional. He also helped us find the correct part number for the light in our Sears freezer. When he returned this morning to install the new ice maker he had the new part expertly installed in no time! He also answered all our questions. His service was superb.

Our dryer went out and called the customer service number…They sent out a service man (I forgot his name) but he came on time and fixed the dryer…My wife is very pleased with the service he gave us..

We had our ice machine repaired, and although it took Five separate appointments to get the ice machine working, Ovik Was very professional and patient and did a wonderful job. We’re happy now that our ice machine is finally working.
