Great technicians my technician was absolutely amazing very meticulous as to all my needs. This is the type of technician aside from Victor the supervisor that I need coming to my home, they will always be welcomed and with a big smile and even a meal. I have been with Sears for 46 years and I will always stand loyal to Sears. Thank you!!
