After explaining to him what wasn't working and needed to adjust the latch cherry sw on left side he took microwave, oven combo out and apart adjusted, put everything back together. Now microwave is working fine, Ovik was fine but the other technician didn't really seem to know what he was doing

I do not know about this survey but sears was at my house in January 2025 fixed refrigerator by Ovik again which after 5 months it happened same thing no ice why is that so there is really no guarantee on the job? I see thats not fair

Travis was okay, but the problem he faced was that your technicians canceled too many times. It took an excessively long time to get the item fixed. Additionally, none of the technicians were held accountable for their no-shows and cancellations, which happened five significant days. This situation was very frustrating, especially when appointments were scheduled, making me miss work because I thought the technicians would show up. The last-minute cancellations demonstrate terrible customer service.

Technician did not test machine to make sure it was fixed which it was not so I still do not have a working washer and it has been almost a month now.

Did not fix the dish washer after waiting for a week. Did not install the equipment they had it shipped to our house because they said that’s not the problem. Technician said the leak comes from the hose therefore, we need a Plummer or handyman to install the clamp that caused the leak.

It is extremely frustrating, not to talk to a live agent. There are plenty of older people that do not have the knowledge of computers. I hope that you take this as a positive on how to improve how you do business.
