I had to reschedule with Sears Repair because of the one day storm we had, Michael S. gave me a call to confirm and we were able to get it done the following day. He was able to figure out the root cause for my AC capacitor going out. He replaced the capacitor and contact switch. He explained it to me very well and gave me some pointers for future troubleshooting. He completed the job within 30 minutes and kept everything clean. Great guy and great service! *This was a home warranty call, I did not pay for parts and labor.

Victor was fantastic and saved the day when the sears computer system had a glitch that continually cancelled my appointment s one after another for 2 weeks, saying my parts weren’t delivered even thought I called to report the parts WERE delivered 2 days after Victor’s first visit on Sept 9 th.. Before I totally gave up and wanted my money back, I found the technician’s phone number and texted Victor and he came out the next day and fixed my dryer, even though the computer canceled the appointment AGAIN.
