My Sears Technician Travis was on time. He was very professional and friendly. I very much appreciated him explaining to me what the problem was. Replacing the part that went out with a new one that we had to order. He took his time to make sure my washing machines was running right before he took off.

Our technician Victor did an excellent job repairing one of the burners on our stove. He arrived on time, was very professional, and explained why my front left burner was making that sparking sound. He repaired the problem in no time. I learned a lot from his visit about why the burner did not light and kept making that sparking sound, and how to repair the problem myself if it happens again.
