Our technician V. was great and got my washer fixed right away. He was professional and wanted to make sure the job was done as quickly as possible and it shows he truly cares. The issue I have is with the company Sears itself. It took almost a month to get the part we needed and everytime we tried calling for answers all we got were recordings. I even tried to get a hold of the supervisor to get some answers regarding the issue with the parts but they never bothered to reach out.
