Sergio, the Sears AC service representative was very professional. He was on time and called ahead to let me know what time to expect him. While working on the repairs, he answered all my questions. He helped me to understand the repairs he was making and what to expect in the future with respect to my central air unit. Thank you Sears for having a wonderful team member.
