Issue was not resolved. Tech stated that he tested my dishwasher multiple times and had no issues. I went to try it when he left and nothing has been fixed.

Technician ignored previous troubleshooting. Did not seem to understand basic electrical concepts. Closed repair without contacting me as requested. Was unwilling to provide a follow-up number for a supervisor. Tech did not complete troubleshooting or repair.

They said my 5 month old fridge has a normal wear and tear problem that is ridiculous and that my floors could be damaged, concrete floors by heavy equipment. What is this. Unless you are bringing a tractor in my kitchen I have no understanding of anything this guy did

But Sears Home Service MUST do better at meeting their appointments schedules. There nothing worse than waiting ALL DAY for a scheduled appointment only to be told the appointment has been rescheduled. This Scheduled appointment 11/09/23) was a complete FAIL! by SHS ##$$#
