I was so relieved to find that Sears appliance repair serves the area I live in, which is a small lake town in the Sierra. Scheduling was super easy, everything was done online, and there was lots of confirmation via text, everything went smoothly the day of the appointment. The technician fixed the problem with my dryer in about a half an hour, and the price was reasonable. I’ll definitely check with Sears appliance repair the next time I need something done.

I had such a hard time finding an appliance technician who would come to the area I live in, which is a fairly small lake town up in the Sierra. It’s so good to know that Sears provides this service. Pablo, the technician, was excellent. He arrived on time, and texted me before the arrival. Everything went smoothly, and he solved the problem with my dryer in about a half an hour. The next time I need some kind of service done with my house, I’m going to check with Sears first because this system was great!

Your service person was courteous and got right to work. I reminded him about the ice maker. He said he would check with parts department. When I called for service I mention that the ice maker was not working properly. Please let me know what happened . Please call me so that I can speak to representative. This will be my second request for the ice maker.
