Kind & courteous. Easy to talk to. Told me I could keep Ice maker & water system off & continue to use refrigerator and freezer. I wasn't sure about that without talking to him.

Sid was professional and pleasant to be around The parts didn't come in right not hos fault reordered and he was on top of it One piece ice maker big balls didn't come in but he still showed up to put the heater in so the regular ice maker would work Just wish the pieces would of came in on time and the right pieces so the fridge could of been taken care of sooner. He did a great job!

Fridge had ice on the shelves. Called sears. They sent in Palov. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it in no time. Cleaned the freezer after he finished and made sure everything was working correctly. Great service and thorough.
