Mike, was respectful, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in a language I could understand not too technical. He handled my appliance, and it's location with care. He also cleaned up after he was finished. Communication was excellent! I knew when he was on his way and then around the corner. Thank you!

I was pleased the repair man showed up, he was not within the time frame the ap provided but he called me to advise. He was pleasant. I had been working on my washing machine repair for a month. One guy came out, thought he fixed it. Two washes later dumped all the water on my floor. The next guys come out ran a diagnostic and said they did not have all the parts necessary to make the repair that day. He ordered the parts while he was still in my laundry room, advised me when they would arrive. He said after the parts were all here someone would be able to fix the machine. I agreed and thought this was a good solution. The day they were to come out and fix the machine I received a call saying they had noticed in photos there was a crack in the plastic drum. What photos ? Glad he saw it why not anyone else? So they had to order another part and when it arrived, they could come out and fix the machine. The last man that came out finally repaired the machine. He was pleasant and did his job! I wish there was a phone number to call to speak to a real person and get real time information! At the very least a Phone number to text for live information!

The guy just took off the back of Fridge. I did research after he left and fixed myself. The gasket was clogged for defrosting.

HE NEVER SHOWED UP TO MAKE THE REPAIR. HE ONLY ORDERED THE PART SCHEDULED A REPAIR AT AN AGREED UPON DATE & TIME OF WEDNESDAY 06/25-2025 BETWEEN 1-5PM!. HE NEVER SHOWED UP TO DO THE REPAIR.!!! TODAY I SAW HE SUBMITTED A BILL TO THE WARRANTY PEOPLE (SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS) BUT NEVER CHANGED THE PART. LETS FACE IT… HE IS NOW A REPAIR TECH… HE IS A PARTS CHANGER. HE JUST WALKED IN IN THE INITIAL APPT. ,TOOK PICS OF MY REFRIGERATOR AND DID NOT TEST OR INSPECT ANYTHING . JUST SAID HE WAS GOING TO ORDER A NEW PART THEN AT THAT TIME WE AGREED FOR HIM TO RETURN ON 06/25/2025 BUT HE NEVER SHOWED UP!

Absolute worst service department. My refrigerator stopped working. Set up service call and had to wait a week. Explained how far away I work. Got time off and set service call for 4 pm. Left two hours early to get home by 4 pm. Time was even in service call notes and why. Tech shows up at 2:30. While I’m driving, I receive a text saying sorry we missed you, but you were a no show! When I called, I told them I was on my way and to get the tech back for the appointed time. I had taken pto to leave, they said basically we will let you know, or you can call back and reschedule! What!??
