I was pleased the repair man showed up, he was not within the time frame the ap provided but he called me to advise. He was pleasant. I had been working on my washing machine repair for a month. One guy came out, thought he fixed it. Two washes later dumped all the water on my floor. The next guys come out ran a diagnostic and said they did not have all the parts necessary to make the repair that day. He ordered the parts while he was still in my laundry room, advised me when they would arrive. He said after the parts were all here someone would be able to fix the machine. I agreed and thought this was a good solution. The day they were to come out and fix the machine I received a call saying they had noticed in photos there was a crack in the plastic drum. What photos ? Glad he saw it why not anyone else? So they had to order another part and when it arrived, they could come out and fix the machine. The last man that came out finally repaired the machine. He was pleasant and did his job! I wish there was a phone number to call to speak to a real person and get real time information! At the very least a Phone number to text for live information!

Service has been difficult to use and subpar. My dryer has been acting up and not only have I not been able to reach a person to explain my issues, the service technicians that come out have either been ordering the wrong parts, diagnosing incorrectly, so having to come back out three times, then not ordering the parts at all but still showing up and having to reschedule, all while my children and I have no dryer. Then they replaced every part in my dryer, including the motor, which actually costed them more than just replacing the dryer and made us wait all that time with no dryer while they figured it out and remembered to order the correct parts. The final time they came out they dented my dryer. But at least now it works, two and a half months later lol and I didn’t have to come out of pocket outside of my regular monthly bill. smh

Absolute worst. Incompetent. Charged $129 to come to my house to fix a dryer that had a strong burning smell. Tech said there was a leak in a joint of the exhaust duct. He couldn't fix it because he didn't have the tape. Who goes on a call to fix a dryer and doesn't bring duct tape? Then he charged $50 to clean the lint and left. $179 and he left me to fix the dryer myself. It still gives off the burning smell. I take it apart. Fix the duct leak. And I check the heat element and it's full of lint. He charged me $50 and didn't clean the heat element. Try to contact someone to complain and you can only reach a computer. Never use Sears. There is no way to contact them if something is wrong.

This should be minus 4 Stars I’m very upset with your Sears service tech SID, After he looked at our 5 Year old Kenmore Refrigerator he told me He contacted his parts people regarding the cooling fan that cools the main Refrigerator box, was not working and that part was not available? I Asked him to be sure his report shows this information (i.e. Refrigerator not working and parts to repair the refrigerator was not available.?) Sid said no problem it will show this information. When I called AHS on Sunday April 26 to see what the next step was to replace the refrigerator, they show the service order was closed because the service tech shows it was repaired and completed. WHAT GREAT SERVICE...

THE TECHNICIAN DID NOT COME TO MY HOUSE. I HAVE CONTACTED AHS. I DID RECEIVE THE E MAIL THAT THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON HIS WAY AT 1:36 AND I RECIEVED AN EMAIL SHOWING A WORK ORDER ESTIMATE. I AM NOT HAPPY AS I HAD TO LEAVE MY JOB TO BE HERE. AHS TRIED TO CONTACT YOU AS WELL :(
