It was very apparent that Ronald is very technically knowledgeable; and had Good Work Ethics. He utilized efficient techniques to get job done. He asked if I was able to get the part repaired that I was responsible for. He even advised me how to better stabilize the valves for washing machine. He arrived early but still gave me a moment to get ready.
