Terribly disappointing
Sears repair service has always had a great reputation. Not anymore. Granted that our washer is old but under warranty. Our specific problem was it not draining under certain conditions. The service person's solution was to not use the large load setting. He then declared it was working perfectly! Not draining is a big problem. Sears service has lost a VERY long time customer.

Washer repair
The repairman was very rude & refused to talk to me, the owner. He just told my caregiver to repeat what he said to me. He is unfit to do repairs, due to age, & condition. He didn't want to wear a mask or wear booties. He left right away, saying I need a plumber. I asked for a referral, because already had a plumber tell me I that I need washing machine repairman.

Poor customer service
The technician fixed the issue, BUT I did not like his customer service. The first time he was here to check the issue he was so rude and hostile. Today, the second time he came, was a bit better. Overall, I definitely would lot want him back to service my machines, solely because of his horrendous attitude. His snarky remarks made the whole experience so uncomfortable. Someone like that shouldn't do this for a living if he hates to be around people so much as he shows it.

No answer, need second opinion
He did not give me a logical explanation for why my washing machine is leaking. He suggested just wiping away the water that leaks, or replacing a part that looks perfectly fine. I need you to send another technician who is more experienced.

TERRIBLE!
This repair started on July 25th. It is now Sept 18th. We had the same repair man as the first time. He is either lazy or does not know his job. After doing nothing...AGAIN...he started the machine and then picked up his bag and started to leave. My son asked if he was finished and he said he was just going to the truck. He did! He got in and left!!!!! He is stating that the valve was 90% closed. NOT TRUE! Very dissatisfied with Sears after all of these years.

disappointed and frustrated
After installing the brand-new parts and waiting for 24 hours to have the refrigerator reach its desired temperature, as he suggested. Well, its warm and not cooling inside and it has been 36 hrs. It's a back job.

The technician showed up with the wrong part for our carrier AC air conditioner. The initial technician, Christopher. told Choice that that was the wrong part, so here we are again no air with a 24 or 48 hour return notice. Please help us get our AC fixed please, we're begging you. Our home is still uncomfortable hot🔥😞

Poor service- never come back!
The tech didn't want to listen to the reason he was dispatched. Kept arguing with me, told me my LG washer was crap, told me I was lying about the hose attached to the washer which came with the washer. Did absolutely NO actual troubleshooting. Serious waste of my time. Had to request another tech to come out and do actual work.
