Preventative Service
The technician did clean under the refrigerator with his vacuum cleaner and he checked the doors that they closed properly. On the other hand, I never saw the document that the tech said I had signed, which I did not, and which was sent to me in an e-mail, after the tech had left, I should have been able to sign the document in the tech's presence and not have the document sent to me with an X, instead of my signature. I am in disagreement and displeased with my not signing the document.

Granada Hills, CAAC problem was temporarily fixed. AC not working again.
Chris was very polite and very attentive when I explained to him what is wrong with my AC Unit. My complaint was that the AC fan inside the house stopped working and it's making a humming noise like it wants to start but couldn't start. I also explained to him that it started after it was on for a long time but it was just blowing hot air. The temperature inside the house is going up and I found out the breaker outside is tripping. He replaced the capacitor outside and said that that was the problem and that my AC unit will be okay. My AC unit was working fine and blowing cool air again. However, after a few minutes when he left my house, the fan stopped working again. It's making the humming noise again. I immediately called our home warranty again since I don't have a number to call Chris to let him know. I'm very disappointed that our AC unit's problem wasn't fixed and I have to wait again for someone to come over to fix the problem and suffer the heat in the meantime....

Right on time, which is good. Quick diagnostic, which is good. Left the bottom panel cover off with screws lying on the floor, which is not good, especially as I'm not to bend down after surgery.

Same problem , not working, we had a tech come out on Dec 27th , then return this week, still not working. Frank was very nice but after he left we ran a cycle and same problem turns off.

Provide appropriate customer treatment.
Even though the service man had a large van, he refused to take the large box with broken dryer drum. Rude & unprofessional treatment to clients who have been long time Sears customers with service warranties.

Ice maker still not working
When the service tech came today at 9:15 am there was no ice in the caddy and no water in the tray. His first attempt to activate the tray didn't work then it worked and water flowed into the tray. In spite of my telling him that I've tried turning the ice maker on and off a dozen times everyday for the past two weeks, this was the first time the tray worked and I still think something is wrong with the ice unit. After waiting 4 hrs for the ice tray to function, I spent several hours trying to contact Sears Service and had to reup a service call for an additional $100.00 and the work order was assigned to a different company. And they can't come out for another 8 days. I finally was able to speak with Sears Customer Service and was told I can't get another appointment until today's work order is complete. I best get a call tomorrow with a prompt service call so that that will order a new I've maker unit.

Stanislav knew there is a leak but didn't fix it.
I have a home warranty with Choice and they contracted my refrigerator repair to Sears Home Services. As my refrigerator is under warranty LG replaced my compressor and Stanislav did a good job of replacing all the necessary parts but he suspected there could be leak. I asked him to check for it and he said if there is a leak the cooling will go down low in couple of weeks and asked him to call him again at that time. After 2 months it stopped working again and when I called Sears they said their repair warranty is for only 30 days. I called Choice they scheduled another appointment with another company and asked me to pay deductible again. The technician who has come today told me whoever repaired knew that there is a leak. He said the leak is very small and that is the reason it lasted for 2 months. I am not sure what will happen now.

Worse communication ever
No phone number OR email to leave an actual msg. Everything is automated with a recording and mysteriously my original appt was canceled by YOUR company the day of, with one single email AND rescheduled a week later. When I called your 800 #, it gave me an option to come the following day. "Press one"; it didn't work and confirmed the later date that YOUR company rescheduled. I am very disappointed and after my contract expires, I will most lkely NOT renew it. The technician was great. A 5 rating for him.

Not a satisfied client!
Not very happy, I was not home my husband was. I don't appreciate someone instead of being proactive tell me your house is old so this will happen! Didn't do what is needed. Shocked! Will complain further and will have to find the right individual who will solve w this issue.
