Hands up to Ronald! He got right to work on getting my washing machine in working order. He explained the many questions that I asked him. I know he was probably had a few more calls left, but he was nice enough to complete a small cycle to ensure all was working properly. Since I had been put on hold for 3 weeks. So to say the least at first I was not that pleasant, but he sure was! A KEEPER!!!!!

Juan checked my Kenmore washing machine which is very old and found the part is no longer available. Thus my washing machine may have to be replaced under the protection agreement. Juan came on time and was very respectful and took time to explain the problem to me.

While the repairman came to my house to replace my Kenmore refrigerator compressor after only a few days, the Sears supply chain stated the parts were backordered. However, I found the required parts on Sears Parts Direct and AppliancePartsPro, available immediately. When I gave that information to the Repair Division rep, she said they could only order from their suppliers. It has taken 6 weeks for the repair to be completed. No excuses allowed for such horrible service! I have filed a complaint with the California Better Business Bureau, which has accepted my filing.
