I had a great service call with Bernardo. He arrived well within the estimated window of time, he was friendly, told me his name and confirmed his purpose. I knew right away, Bernardo was a professional who knew how to diagnose the issue with my oven. One look, and he immediately named it, along with the solution. He explained the purpose of the required replacement part, and ordered it on the spot to be delivered to my home, along with the promise to install it within a day after delivery. He showed up as promised and quickly installed the new part, and tested it to ensure the issue was resolved before he left the home of one completely satisfied customer.
