The serviceman was kind and knowledgeable., my issue is I wasted time and money on service call due to no parts available for old machines. I suggest the site ask for model and serial # prior to booking an appointment to avoid this in the future.

I had another "expert" looked at our furnace who tried to make a big job out of it by changing few parts. Couldn't trust him so called Sears. Chris was skillful and knew what he was doing besides being a pleasant person. Also committed to find the cause rather than suggesting that all parts needed to be changed!! He managed to fix the problem without changing any part. I am glad that I eventually called Sears. They should be proud to have employees like Chris.
