Repair on 48 yr old Kenmore dryer
Luigi called to confirm time, address, and problem(s) we were having with our dryer. Her was the MOST amazing repairman I haver ever had, as he had to troubleshoot the issues and solve them one by one. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made wonderful suggestions for going forward with an old dryer. Patient and polite, Luigi took care of every issue we had. We never felt he was rushing to go home, even though we were his last customer to be serviced. Thank you Luigi.

Luigi was clear as to what he was doing with the washing machine. He was very clear as to what was happening with the conditioner. He took his time to clear out the cylinder. He is pretty sure that it will work now! I'm hoping it will be fine now! He was very polite and knew his product well.
