Stanislav knows a great deal about this machine. He has tried to fix it twice with no luck. This Kenmore refrigerator was made cheaply and the ice maker on the refrigerator we bought - did not make ice, even after he tried to fix it. Sears exchanged it for the same model just another refrigerator and the same thing has happened, we get no ice. Stanislav did the best he could - it was the way the ice maker was designed. I am in contact both with you and Cost Co. I need ice all the time it soothes the inflammation I live with chronically. I no longer want this refrigerator - I want a refund so I can buy a different one. I don't want to keep going around and around with no one being able to fix the machine. Your workers like Stanislav are very good - but they cannot fix the performance of a machine if it never worked in the first place. He and the others tried very hard and when they found out that they needed to replace a part that was the last straw because the part they needed was not in stock and would not give me the amount of ice I need. Please give us back the cost of the refrigerator and our problem will be solved. Thank you Serina
