Juan was very kind and fixed our leaky washing machine. He was knowledgeable and professional and diagnosed our situation with in minutes. We have been using Sears appliances for 33 years and did not get a new warranty this time because we had new machines and are oolder seniors. Maybe there can be senior discounts to help us in the community. For 30 years we did have warranties. They don't make the new machines like they used to. Our machine is repaired now and I will wash a little later. Thank you Juan for making a stressful time unstressful. Joy and Michael
