He was very thorough explaining what the problem is but I find the cost of the repair too high for the Avon which I bought 3 years ago and hardly ever used . I put it on the manufacturing defect since it was bought during covid .

Shawn was very good and knowledgeable even tho there was really no repair involved. Just an education in digital appliances. Your service people should wear booties when they enter your residence. We just had days of rain and mud so he really should have worn them like all other service people. Other than that no complaints. He advised me on the detergent and odor pellets I should get.
